help!

My son (2.5 yr old) is in daycare and the teacher notified us that he has been being aggressive at school with his friends. She asked us to have a talk with him and let us know that there are multiple kids that are being aggressive towards each other and they use redirection at school when it happens. we have had multiple talks with him but not sure how effective it is in the moment at school. Anything else you recommend?
